Kimberly is the President and Founder of Carolina Coastal Construction, bringing a diverse background in construction operations, project management, organizational leadership, and systems management. With years of experience supporting large-scale residential and multifamily development projects, she has built her career around creating organized processes, strong communication systems, and client-focused project experiences that help projects run smoothly from planning through completion.

As Founder of Carolina Coastal Construction, Kimberly's vision has always centered around creating a more thoughtful renovation experience — one built on communication, organization, craftsmanship, and long-term client relationships. Her leadership helps shape the company's focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and projects that are carefully planned and intentionally executed.

In addition to her construction background, Kimberly is also the founder of DSS Marriage Coaching + Retreats, an organization dedicated to supporting military families, first responders, and individuals through coaching, retreats, and community outreach programs. Her passion for leadership, support systems, and helping people navigate major life transitions continues to influence the relationship-focused culture behind Carolina Coastal Construction.

Scott serves as Vice President of Construction for Carolina Coastal Construction Residential, LLC, helping lead the company's long-term vision, operational direction, project oversight, and construction leadership. His role is centered around high-level planning, systems, communication, and guiding projects through Carolina Coastal's intentional construction process with a strong focus on accountability, relationships, and quality execution.

Scott's journey in construction began early, working for a general contractor throughout high school and while attending Baylor University, where he earned a degree in Marketing. After graduation, he spent 19 years in the IT industry with a Fortune 500 company, building extensive experience in leadership, communication, operations, problem-solving, and organizational management before ultimately pursuing his passion for construction full time.

Since 2017, Scott has been leading residential construction and renovation projects with a steady, solutions-focused approach rooted in trust, communication, and long-term relationship building. His combined background in business, technology, and construction gives him a unique perspective on project planning, operational systems, team coordination, and delivering a well-managed client experience from start to finish.

Samuel brings hands-on experience in residential renovations, project management, and construction coordination, with a strong background overseeing projects from initial planning through final completion. Over the past several years, he has managed the renovation and development of multiple residential properties, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and day-to-day operations to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards. He has experience supervising crews across active job sites, managing vendor relationships, tracking budgets, and helping ensure projects stay organized from start to finish.

His background includes full-scale residential renovations involving flooring, roofing, electrical, structural improvements, and general property upgrades, giving him a practical understanding of both the construction process and homeowner expectations. Samuel is known for being responsive, organized, and solutions-focused throughout each phase of a project.

In addition to his field experience, Samuel studied Business Management at Clemson University, strengthening his foundation in operations, communication, leadership, and project coordination. His role at Carolina Coastal Construction focuses on helping clients navigate the early stages of planning, estimating, walkthroughs, and overall project communication while supporting the execution and management of projects throughout the renovation process.

Craig brings a diverse professional background that combines business development, leadership, and public service experience, giving him a unique ability to build strong relationships and guide clients through complex decision-making processes with professionalism and trust. In addition to his business development experience, Craig currently serves in law enforcement, where communication, accountability, leadership, and attention to detail are critical parts of his daily work. His background in public service has strengthened his ability to problem-solve under pressure, manage situations responsibly, and maintain a client-first mindset built on integrity and responsiveness.

Craig is also a graduate of The Citadel, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and organizational management. His professional experience spans relationship management, strategic growth initiatives, and long-term partnership development, with a focus on creating positive client experiences and building trust through clear communication.

At Carolina Coastal Construction, Craig focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, and homeowner relationships. He works closely with clients, referral partners, and industry connections to help create a smooth and organized experience from the first conversation forward. His leadership background, service-oriented approach, and commitment to professionalism align closely with Carolina Coastal Construction's focus on thoughtful planning, communication, and long-term client relationships.

Ashlan Greenfield brings a strong background in business ownership, organizational leadership, operations, and team coordination to her role as Project Coordinator at Carolina Coastal Construction.

She supports the administrative and organizational side of each project, helping manage documentation, schedules, selections, client communication, vendor coordination, and internal follow-through. Her ability to organize multiple priorities and keep important details moving helps create a smoother, more consistent experience for both clients and the project team.

Ashlan approaches every project with professionalism, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset. Her leadership experience and attention to detail allow her to anticipate needs, improve communication, and help keep projects aligned from planning through completion.

Her focus is creating clarity behind the scenes so clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project leadership remain informed, prepared, and connected throughout the construction process.
